T is a top 10% recruiter with a unique specialization in placements across bridges, water treatment, underground utilities, and transportation infrastructure, he operates in the market daily. His hands-on approach and deep industry focus mean OpTek clients get a top-tier player who can deliver top-talent.
Will
Will leads OpTek's AI tools initiative as a founding Partner. He has 10+ years across Data Storage, System Design and Implementation, Information Security, Cloud and most recently Software Development building AI tooling across industries working for an AWS Partner.
Now, Will designs and maintains OpTek's proprietary AI platform that scrapes public domain for strategic market intelligence to identify trends, competitor insights and granular candidate sourcing with input from our customers and our in-house engineering expertise.
Mike
As OpTek's Chief Engineering Consultant, Mike is a licensed professional civil engineer with 10+ years of experience spanning large infrastructure project management, wetland restoration design, and hydrology/hydraulic engineering. He brings direct experience in federal hiring and contracting processes.
He has led regional wetland design programs and served as committee chair for a wildlife conservation foundation, raising over $1 million during his tenure. His technical depth and hands-on project experience allow him to screen candidates for actual engineering competence.
